Previously 13-inch HP Envy is being taken down with this new 17-incher HP Envy. Called the Envy 17, this has more laser-etched and sleeker design than the current 15-inch model.
The HP Envy 17 has a Core i7 processor, ATI Mobility Radeon 5850 graphics, Beats audio, full complement of ports (including one USB 3.0) and it can be configured up to 2TB of storage and as much as 8GB DDR3 memory. It also supports ATI Eyefinity, which means you can hook up to multiple monitors.
This notebook also has graphics for gaming, videos and 3D images, backlit keyboard, slot-loading optical drive, HP TrueVision HD webcam, a mini DisplayPort Connector and the latest wireless and connectivity options.
Weighing about 7.5 pounds, you can also enjoy Bluray with this laptop, as well as a 1920 x 1080 display. This HP Envy 17will be available starting May 19 for about $1,400.
